We left our 7 kg cat yesterday at the Luta family hotel, with a heavy heart, as every time we go on holiday without him. He is a sensitive and scared kitten, but somehow these wonderful people made him feel at home. If you want to leave home without the care of your travelling family member, you have a solution:)

I watched with a little fear the location but I discovered some wonderful people who are involved pamper and love the kittens throughout the stay, know the taboos and personalities of each and welcome you with great warmth.My kitten Thomas had a wonderful time I recommend with all confidence this place minunat♥️ Thank you for existing ♥️♥️♥️

This is the third year that our 'girls' have been going here and each time we have had/we have every confidence that they will be in good hands. Beautiful and quiet location, wonderful people who treat the kitties with a lot of care and affection, I recommend 100%!

I highly recommend this hotel! I have no words to tell you how delighted I am with the family service Luta☺️ My kitty has already spent several stays here and each time, everything has been superlative for both her and me (I constantly receive pictures and get messages answered in no time). I place great value on cleanliness and everything here is impeccable, spotlessly clean, moon clean, every time. They are wonderful people, they look after all the kittens as if they were their own. Proof: my kitty is not keen to interact with other people, but with Mrs Luta she gets along like she does with mine❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart for existing! Big, big hugs!

The watchwords, love and care for cats, cleanliness and space. When we arrived, the lady patiently and lovingly introduced us to all the housed cats, we settled into the ambiance and were asked details about our cat's preferences. I recommend with confidence. We received a set of photos to see how our cat adapted to the space. She rested calm, happy and peaceful. This year (2023) we returned and found the same excellent conditions provided by these wonderful people.
